The prescribed tuition fees should be paid on or before 15th of every month. From the 15th to the end of month a fine of Rs.2/- will be charged. If the fee is not paid by the end of the month the student is liable to be sent home. If the period exceeds more than one month , the name of the student will be striked off from the rolls. Term fees should be paid in the month of june, September and January along with the tuition fees. Free for april and may should be paid before the commencement of the annual exams. The school collects 12 months fee i.e june to may of every academic year the fee collection timings are 9:00a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on all working days.

It is compulsory for all students to have their lunch in the school premises. Every student should have the school diary and bring it to the school every day.
